With more than 30 years in financial reporting, profitability analysis, supply chain management, operational efficiency, budgeting, sales management, billing, and other accounting functions, Philip utilizes a holistic approach to optimize financial opportunities for properties and their owners. He is highly skilled at identifying underperforming assets and making smart recommendations for increasing their return on investment, and he is equally skilled at tracking performance over time to recognize and anticipate trends.

Phillip is a graduate of Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wilkes University.
