Bio:
With close to 20 years of experience in professional property management, Liliana Roa is a proven performer when it comes to comprehensive oversight and administration of real estate operations. Over the course of her career she has successfully directed management, leasing, tenant satisfaction and retention, maintenance, vendor management, and accounting duties for thousands of individual units. Her flawless attention to detail and excellent relationship skills have earned her a reputation as a retention specialist, and she has even won awards for her excellence in this regard. Liliana has been with Donovan Williams and Associates since 2016 – where she oversees a portfolio of residential units in the Charlotte and Mooresvile areas of North Carolina.
Originally from Colombia, Liliana is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is also a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Jorge Tadeo University in Bogota. As well, Liliana has completed professional courses and workshops in Fair Housing Law, and Leasing for a Living.
