Bio:
Jose works diligently to ensure that all properties overseen by Donovan & Williams receive professional upkeep and scheduled maintenance as dictated by building codes and other public safety statutes. His other responsibilities include addressing repairs and other resident needs on an as-needed basis, thus contributing to the overall enjoyment of the property or community as a whole. This includes work related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other minor construction projects. He also performs in HVAC installations and repairs and is a certified HVAC specialist with extensive professional training.
Working alongside the Property Managers at each Donovan & Williams-managed property, Jose coordinates safety checks, maintenance schedules, and necessary reporting and documentation as necessary for insurers and other licensing and certification requirements.
Jose is fluent in both English and Spanish.
